Manitoba Moon Voices Inc. (MMVI) is holding its 7th Annual General Assembly (AGA) Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Membership

Members in good standing have the right to:

  • bring motions forward
  • vote on motions
  • nominate board members
In order to take part in these activities, you have until Friday, November 5, 2021 to renew your membership.

Nominating Someone for the Board of Directors

This year there are five MMVI board positions coming up for renewal:

  • One Youth Position (1 year term)
  • Four Board of Director Positions (2 year terms)
If you are a full member with an up-to-date membership, you have the right to nominate someone to fill these positions.
If you wish to nominate someone, you can do so in one of the following two ways:
  • Follow this link to the fillable Nomination Form, print the pdf, fill it out manually, sign it, scan it, and mail it or hand deliver it to admin@mmvi.ca
